Service Agreement
At Just Laundry, we are committed to making your laundry day easier!
When using our services, you agree to the following terms so we can better serve you.
Minimums:
Minimum Order: 30lb. per pickup
*Final pricing is determined on the weight of your laundry once we receive and process it.
Pickup & Delivery:
Have your laundry bagged and sitting at your doorstep ready for pickup at your scheduled time.
You do NOT need to be home. Just have it outside in a safe and visible spot for our staff.
Your laundry will be returned clean & in clear disposable bags within 24-48 hours.
Hang Items:
*If you would like certain items to be put on hangers:
Place items in a sperate bag that is labeled “Hang after dry.”
Please include enough hangers for each item.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations must be made within 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
Missed pickups will inquire a fee to cover travel.
Service Restrictions:
We do not accept "Dry Clean" Items, or rugs.
Unless specified otherwise, all laundry will be machined dried.
Despite sanitations processes, traces of detergent/fabric softener may remain on laundry.
We do not accept dog/cat bedding of any kind.
Laundry that is soiled with blood, urine, feces, infestation or oil will not be accepted.
Laundry Care Liability:
We are not responsible for items that are damaged prior to pick-up (Holes, tears, major stains).
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear that may occur during washing, drying. (Please separate/label delicate items in advance)
Payment Policy:
Payment is due before the time laundry drop-off. Turnaround time is 24-48hrs depending on size of order.
Orders not paid within time of transport will not be delivered.
Unpaid orders that exceed 24hrs will be held for 7 days. If no payment after that time, items may be sold or donated.
